As the trusted supplier of decorating tools Coral Tools Ltd has achieved the internationally recognised ISO9001 and ISO14001, which was certified by the British Assessment Bureau and accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
As one of the first companies to achieve the 2015 standards published in September 2015 establishes Coral as one of the leaders in its field backed by world-class quality and environmental management systems.
ISO 9001, the well-known quality management system standard was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate a quality management system is in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
ISO 14001 was first introduced 1996 as a British Standard and requires organisations to have an environmental policy and action plan to manage their impact on their environment and comply with environmental regulations. The newest standard requires interrelated processes to function as a coherent system to achieve consistent and predictable results effectively and efficiently. In the new standard, it also emphasises stronger management including risk-based thinking and placing prevention at the very heart of the management system.
